• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

3. Process for Returns

• Contact us at admin@odogwugadgets.ng to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
• After approval, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, subject to inspection.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange for an exchange.
